Below you will find detailed information about our processing times, shipping rates and estimated delivery times. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.

Shipping rates to the United States

These are the rates that apply to your order.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays begin processing on the next working day.

Carriers

We ship mainly with PostNL, DHL and DPD. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number where available, so you can follow your parcel online.

Customs and import charges

Your order is shipped from the Netherlands, outside the customs territory of the United States. Import VAT, duties or handling fees may therefore apply on arrival. These charges are set by the local authorities and the carrier, are not included in the price you pay us, and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your local customs office if you would like to know what to expect.

Possible delays

We do our best to meet the estimated delivery dates, but customs clearance, local public holidays or delays at the carrier can mean an order arrives later than expected. Thank you for your patience.
